A. No, unless you are able to properly assemble the wheel and cut the hub hole properly, the wheel would be a loss.

Q. Can I put 2 or 3 spokes in my wheel to tighten it up?
A. Yes, but I wouldn't. The old wood is probably very brittle and at best, this would be a very temporary fix.
